This article points out a very large potential liability for agents.  With the onset of the Internet and that fact that most Buyers find homes on their own without contacting an agent, I can see where this could be a source of potential liability if the Agent, representing the seller in this case, doesn’t make it abundantly clear the agency relationships.Source: Realty Times
