My company, Westwind Real Estate Services, works with distressed property owners with negative equity.  We offer to purchase the property and negotiate with their lender to settle the account, at no cost to the property owner.  We are committed to have property owners avoid having a foreclosure on their credit.

Last week, we secured a large equity partner who will fund all of our distressed property acquisitions.  Our partner has closed on more than $1 Billion of distressed acquisitions since 1998 and is committed to distressed real estate investors.

Our agreement provides holding periods to work with Lenders’ seasoning issues.  Therefore we can work with Bank of America item 10 requirements.

If you have clients who are facing foreclosure please visit our website, http://www.WestwindRE.com.
