Happy 4th of July!

Last year, I started out on changing how I marketed real estate.  I saw a shift in the dynamic in real estate marketing and noticed that cutting edge techniques were not relying solely on the MLS.  If you want to be a part of this new dynamic, you need to read this free eBook on websites, landing (squeeze) pages and conversion.  It has literally changed the way I do business.

If you’ve got a website I’m going to take a wild guess
that it is NOT generating enough leads for you…

It may not even SHOW off your company or your brand
the way you want it to…

And it probably doesn’t allow you to communicate with
your visitors in an interactive way…

Was I right?

OK, that’s irritating – isn’t it?  Why do some people have
so much success online and others fall flat on their face?

I think it’s like a BIG Internet conspiracy.  And after reading
the report I just read I know exactly why almost all websites
absolutely suck at converting traffic to leads.

Read about it here

I counted 6 ways to get more leads to my website that I
had no idea about before and I consider myself a decent
online marketer.  If you’re a newbie then I bet you’ll find
over a dozen or maybe even 20 different things you can
do to generate more business online.

It was written by the Real Estate Internet Marketing Guru,
Greg Clement.  He explains exactly why most websites
are actually terrible at converting traffic
(eyeballs) to leads.
They just aren’t designed for it.  They’re not built right.

And then he gives you the answer.  Squeeze pages are…

But even if you have a squeeze page website you’re
using in your marketing I BET you’re NOT using a
“PSYCHIC” squeeze page.  This concept is so killer by
itself I bet it can increase your results online over 100%.

Find out how here

He also explains how to use squeeze pages, “brochure”
websites, and blogs in unison to completely maximize
your results online
.

It’s incredible stuff so read it before he takes it down.

JUST SOME OF THE THINGS HE COVERS:

1.  The best source of traffic for real estate websites in
the social media world
2.  How to increase conversions on your website by over
800% with less than a handful of small tweaks
3.  Why most people are trying to force a “square peg in
a round hole” with their online marketing efforts
4.  How to use “performance lifts” like integrated video to
get people to raise their hand and beg to work with you
5.  Why your optin box should be “above the fold” on most
websites to increase results “how this alone can double
your conversions…

Read more about it here

P.S.  Seriously the “Psychic” squeeze page idea makes
me kick myself for not implementing it sooner in my business…
