I have been involved with commercial real estate for over 25 years, mainly in the development of commercial/industrial properties.  There has been a shift in the Real Estate model and I am now focused solely on residential properties, specifically Pre-Foreclosures (Short Sales) and Bank Owned (REO) properties.

We work with homeowners who are overleveraged and behind on their payments. We offer to purchase their property and settle their account with their lender. We have a team in place, who negotiates with the homeowners’ lender. We have the funding in place to close the short sale transaction.

We specialize in the redevelopment of residential properties.  We buy houses from a number of sources.  We then rehab or fix the house up and release the house back into the marketplace either as a rental property or a resale to an end Buyer.
